The Format:
Training programs are customized
to meet your needs, and may be delivered in multiple formats,
ranging from a 3-day Intensive seminar to a 6-month weekly course
of 1-hour sessions. The intensive format is an on-site training,
but generally longer courses occur in a virtual format, using
telephone and web-based delivery of information.
The Course Content:
covers Core Competencies of Coaching, Principles of Coaching,
Coaching Skills and Methods of Delivery, Applications and Coaching
Issues. Additional modules and subjects may be included as indicated.
All training
formats include a combination of presentation and discussion material
followed by a coaching practicuum in which participants
rotate learning roles as coach, person being coached and observer.
All participants also receive regular individual coaching with
a professional coach to support their development.
