Assessment:
This allows us to define a scope of work and may
include one or more of the following: discovery and data-collection
interviews; use of individual, team and/or organizational
assessments; individual 360 assessments and/or interviews;

Design:
Based on the data accumulated in the assessment phase,
we then design a development program customized to achieve
